Gretchen is President of Arts and Culture at AudienceView, a world leader in e-commerce software for live entertainment and arts. Previously, she served as CEO of TheaterMania, a media and technology company that merged with AudienceView in 2017. The combined companies support live performing arts organizations globally with the AudienceView and OvationTix ticketing platforms, and media properties TheaterMania.com in the U.S. and WhatOnStage.com in the UK. Prior to joining the founding team of TheaterMania in 2001, Gretchen worked in the finance industry.  She is a graduate of New York University's Stern School of Business and serves as President of the Board of Theatre Forward.
