Nils Bolgen serves as Program Director for Offshore Wind at MassCEC. In this role he manages a variety of initiatives and projects designed to accelerate the responsible development of offshore wind projects and increase the role of Massachusetts companies, institutions, and workers in the offshore wind industry. Nils has a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from North Adams State College and a Master of Environmental Planning degree from Arizona State University.
