Steve started his career in the power distribution industry working with municipalities for their power co-generation and distribution needs. Work included system design complete with protective relay zone coordination, control system design, panel production and installation coordination. In 1987 Steve started working for Kasa Industrial Controls, Inc. performing control system engineering functions, such as panel design and electrical schematic generation. Steve also completed PLC and HMI programming with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and commissioning for many different industries and applications such as automotive assembly, food processing and grain handling. Today, Steve is the Vice President Engineering and Safety, and is based in the home office in Salina, KS. Steve is a graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology.
