Randy has 38 years of experience in Grain Conditioning Equipment manufacturing. Graduated from Lakeland College, Mattoon, IL in 1981. He worked for 3 years for New Specialized Products as an Engineer, Field Sales Representative and Service Technician supporting Grain Conditioning Equipment Manufactured by the company. He worked at GSI beginning in 1984 and has held positions in engineering, product management, customer training and sales. Randy has developed many industry recognized software tools for customer education and product development.
