Kimberly Lane has more than 10 years of Post-Acute healthcare and Population Health leadership with an emphasis in quality patient care, patient engagement. She has worked for 3 top not for proven healthcare systems across the United States. She has a proven ability to lead positive culture change, while improving patient outcomes, and employee engagement. With a successful track record of driving new program development, financial turnaround, quality improvement and process implementation she has been able to ensure highly skilled and specialized care in the home. She believes that by engaging patients in their health and well being we can bend the cost of caring for the community. She believes that the only way for us to be able to change the cost of care is change the way our clinicians think about and provide care. She has brought creative and passionate minds together to advocate for solutions that meet the quadruple aim.
