Wallace F. Ebner is a member of ARESCA Board of Directors. Wallace was employed at AIG with responsibilities for corporate wide guidance on wind energy risks. Mr. Ebner has experience in the power industry in manufacturing, construction, field service, plant engineering, operation, and management. He has served in all power plant management levels from plant engineer to the director level with the responsibility for a portfolio of plants. Previous employers include, GDF Suez, FirstLight Power Resources, Northeast Utilities, and General Electric. Mr. Ebner holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University, and master’s degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). He has held Professional Engineering registration in California and Connecticut. Mr. Ebner is involved in wind energy standards thru IEC 61400- TC 88, and he is the IECRE “End User” stakeholder group convener. He serves on DOE merit review panel for A2e Wind Energy Research program.
