After graduating from Concordia University (WI) in 2002 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Chad started his full-time career working for UBS Financial, during which he also worked part-time for Boehlke Hardware, a division of Boehlke Bottled Gas. Later, Chad began working full-time for Boehlke Bottled Gas, driving a cylinder exchange truck, a propane bobtail, and performing vehicle maintenance. He has now worked in the propane industry for over 20 years, with hands-on knowledge of every aspect of his business. Currently, Chad is the Vice President of Safety and Commercial Operations at Boehlke Bottled Gas, which has 30 employees, operating out of one location with four satellite plants, and servicing over 6,000 customers. He has also led efforts to help Boehlke Bottled Gas navigate its entry into the propane Autogas market and grow that portion of the business significantly over the past ten years. Chad is an enthusiastic advocate for the propane industry and an active member of NPGA, serving as the Benchmarking Council Chair, Vice Chair of the NPGA’s Marketers Section, a member of the PropanePAC Steering Committee, NPGA’s Governmental Affairs Committee, and the NPGA Executive Committee.
