Dr. Bolhack speaks nationally about wound care, telemedicine, palliative care and hospice, rehabilitation in nursing homes, and quality improvement processes. Dr. Bolhack has additional experience as a medical director for wound centers, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospices, and home health agencies. He has presented over 35 scientific posters in the areas of wound care, quality improvement, and post-hospital care. He is a thought-leader in the transition of care across the continuum. He is board certified in internal medicine and hospice and palliative medicine. He has additional credentials as a Certified Wound Specialist Physician and a Certified Medical Director in long-term care.
