Todd Holtzman owns and operates Holtzman Propane in Mt. Jackson, VA. Formed in 1997 as Todd’s first professional project out of college, he leveraged his family’s extensive experience in the fuel oil and gasoline distribution business to build from scratch a full-service propane delivery, install and service business, as well as diversifying into HVAC sales, service and installations, and in 2005, the creation of a packaged ice roduction and delivery business named Valley Ice. Todd is co-chairman of the Benchmarking Council.
