Kristin Madden is the Deputy Chief of the Division of Migratory Birds in the Southwest Region of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. She leads the Southwest Region eagle energy team. An avian biologist since 1998, Kristin has worked with NGOs and served as the Bird Program Manager and Migratory Game Bird Biologist for the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish.
