Catherine Helleux is the head of transaction in the U.S. for Allianz Global Investors’ Infrastructure Equity team. Her expertise and responsibilities include screenings and acquisitions of green energy assets in the Americas, the optimization of capital structure, debt structure, loan negotiation, technical contracts as well as E&S, insurance transmission due diligence, valuation (cash flows and capex), portfolio management (post financial closing and during operation) and refinancings.
