Perry Offutt is Head of Infrastructure Americas, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management. Based in New York, he leads the Americas business that originates and manages direct investments in infrastructure. He also serves on the boards of Northern Star Generation and Western Generation Partners. Perry brings more than 20 years of infrastructure investment and industry experience, particularly in deal origination and execution having worked on upwards of USD 100 billion of transactions. Perry joined UBS Asset Management from Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets where he was a Managing Director on the North American Investment team. Prior to that, he was at Morgan Stanley as Head of Infrastructure Banking for the Americas, originating and executing infrastructure transactions across various industries, including power/utilities and transportation. Perry served on the boards of Aquarion Water Company (regulated water utility in Connecticut, US) and GFL Environmental (waste services company in Toronto, CN). Additionally, he frequently speaks at infrastructure industry events.
