started studying Electrical engineering in Dresden in 1998. internship and diploma thesis about start of combustion engine at BMW in Munich in 2004 and 2005. Started reasearch project about lifetime of rolling bearings in wind turbine gearboxes at University of Magdeburg in 2005. Finished PhD in mechanical engineering in 2009. Responsible for the monitoring of rotor blades of wind turbines at Weidmüller Monitoring systems since 2009. Also responsible for the development of algorithms.
