Leon is a trainer, educator, and motivational speaker. He is an appointed member of the AGA Ethics Board. He was the creator and author of the "Ask Leon" Q and A for the AGA Journal. He speaks and conducts training for various government agencies and private sector companies. He has been a member and/or officer of various boards of directors.
