Dr. Kim received a Ph.D degree in the area of numerical modeling studies. He worked at the PNNL Marine Sciences Laboratory. He has been involved with the development of an unstructured biogeochemical model for the Puget Sound. Currently he is working on the environmental Impact assessment and offshore wind energy as a senior research fellow in Korea Environment Institute.
