Rick has over 25 years experience in both the telecom sector and risk management. Immediately prior to joining the RF CHECK team, Rick was the Director of Risk Management and Environmental, Health & Safety for Sprint Nextel. His career began in the finance and treasury areas of Ford and Black & Decker. He was the Director of Finance & Treasurer for C-TEC Corporation where he began his career in risk management in the telecom and wireless sector. He moved on to become Vice President & Treasurer of American Mobile Satellite Corporation/Motient Corporation. Speaking engagements over the last several years include conferences sponsored by NECA,, the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA), the Reinsurance Association of America (RAA), the Brokers & Reinsurance Markets Association (BRMA), the Insurance Loss Control Association (ILCA), ISO’s E&S Loss Control Forum, the Captive Resource’s conference for the Roofing Industry and at the International Roofing Expo. He has had articles published on this topic by Risk Management magazine, Public Risk magazine, Professional Roofing magazine and the National Law Review. He received his BA in Economics from Washington & Jefferson College and his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
