Mike Farrell is the Senior Manager of Customer Programs at OG&E Energy Corporation in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mike is responsible for the implementation of all customer facing programs at OG&E. This includes Smart Grid enabled demand response programs and the installation of technology in the home to help customers monitor and adjust energy consumption. Mike has held a variety of positions at Entergy, Reliant Energy, and eLoyalty over the past 20 years where he focused on various aspects of marketing and customer data management. Mike completed an Industrial Engineering degree from Colorado State University in 1985.
