Mr. Ingram is the OSHA Voluntary Protection Programs (VPP) coordinator for BP North America Gas Division. He has worked in the oil and gas upstream industry in various roles since 1979 and is a co-founder of the STEPS Network and SafelandUSA. He is the chair of the National STEPS Network, and serves as an OSHA Special Government Employee and other volunteer positions related to the industry.
