Generational Expert, Speaker and Author


Meagan Johnson is a generational expert, author and speaker. During the 1990s, when working for companies like Quaker Oats, Kraft Foods and Xerox, she often heard negative comments about Gen Xers. Things like "they're all slackers; gold-collar workers," and it's the Beavis and Butthead generation" were not uncommon. A GenXer herself, Meagan knew these terms were unfair, untrue and hurtful., so she started researching companies large and small to debunk generational myths and discover the most effective ways to solve multi-generational clashes. She and her father, Larry Johnson, are partners in the Johnson Training Group, a consulting team that focuses on improved productivity, profitability, customer satisfaction and employee morale through innovative management practices. She and her four dogs live in Phoenix, AZ. Set to address business owners and managers in the amusement, family entertainment center and related industries at the 2018 AAMA-AMOA Amusement Expo on Tuesday, February 27 at the Westgate Hotel in Las Vegas, Johnson'r topic will be entitled: "Zap the Gap!" Her Keynote Presentation is set for 8:30-p:15 a.m.
