Wayne has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Horticultural Science from Texas A&M University, and has worked in the ornamental plant industry for over thirty years. In that time he has held positions as Director of the Tyler Rose Garden, Program Coordinator for Ornamental Horticulture at Tyler Junior College, Texas A&M University Extension Horticulturist, and worked with several professional horticultural companies including 11 years with Pan American Seed and Ball Horticulture as a Product Technical Specialist.
