Ken has over 30 years of industry experience and began his career with Motor Club of America in October 1980 and then with Continental Insurance Company as a Claims Adjuster in Florham Park, New Jersey. He held several positions at Continental including Litigation Adjuster, Claim Supervisor, Home Office Claim Director and Assistant National Claims Manager for Risk Management. Following Continental, Ken worked for Chubb Insurance Company in Warren New Jersey as the National Claims and Marketing Manger for their Third Party Administrator division, Chubb Services Corporation. Ken joined Specialty Claim Management in 2011 as the Claims Vice President managing the claims operation for this national third party administrator. He worked for Gallagher Bassett as a regional claim manager in the Northern New Jersey office overseeing large national accounts. Ken currently is the Assistant Vice President managing the claims account management department. The claims account executives are the service facilitators and point of contact for Crum & Forsters large accounts. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Industrial Psychology from Stockton State College.
