Chris Ho, General Manager, International Business Affairs Division of Chimelong Group Company Ltd., one of the fastest growing conglomerates focuses on the development of tourist resorts and amusement attractions in China. In 2016, Chimelong Group has hosted over 27 Million visitors in that year. Chris joined the Company since graduated from university 13 years ago. He is currently head of company's global sourcing of design and production services, amusement rides; show equipment and flora and fauna etc. His responsibilities are to serve Chimelong’s wide range of business needs, from theme parks to hotels and from live entertainment to motion pictures and more. In addition to the heavy business routines, Chris also actively involves in project management and creative development. He in charges of Chimelong’s IP, show and attraction developments. Just to name a few, he is the Executive Producer of Ocean Kingdom’s Night-time Electrical Parade and the 5D Castle Theater with full media and AV production. The 5D Castle Theater and its media production is the winner of the 2016 Thea Outstanding Achievement Award. Chris was one of the indispensable leaders for the development of Chimelong Zhuhai Ocean Kingdom which was the winner of Thea Outstanding Achievement Award in 2014. In addition to the extreme heavy agenda, Chris participates actively in the promotion of global tourism business development. He involves in UNWTO (United Nations World Tourism Organization), WTTC (World Travel and Tourism Council), IAAPA and TEA organization. Chris served previously as a member of IAAPA Asia Advisory’s Membership Subcommittee and is currently a director of TEA’s Asia Pacific Board.
