Dr. Jenks began her medical career as an emergency room physician. In 2007, she opened Genesis MedSpa in Colorado Springs. Genesis quickly developed into the premier medical spa in southern Colorado. Under her leadership, Genesis has twice won the Better Business Bureau’s “Excellence in Customer Service” award and numerous “Best Of” awards. In both 2013 and 2014, Genesis was on Colorado’s “Top 100 Women Owned Businesses” list. Recently, Dr. Jenks started Genesis Consulting, a business dedicated to helping spa owners and other physicians open successful medical spas.
