Juliette Chatel joined EDF Innovation Lab in 2018 as Smart Grid Analyst. She has spent the last few years working with the French Distribution System Operator, analyzing complex challenges related to smart grids such as DER integration, micro-grids, transactive energy or smart metering. Prior to that, Juliette has worked in an innovation consulting firm helping energy and environment utilities to innovate and develop new products, services and business models. She is an Energy Engineer from the Ecole Centrale Paris and has a M.Sc. in Sustainable Energy from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.
