Cris Kimbrough is CBRE’s Senior Vice President in the Building Technology Services division, which provides building connectivity, rooftop management, digital mapping services, and consultancy services to CBRE managed/owned properties. She spearheads Digital Mapping Services and the In-Building Cellular Solutions programs. Ms. Kimbrough has 10 years of experience in the technology infrastructure industry. After starting her career in telecommunications in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and National Historic Preservation Act compliance, she moved into a program management role for a nationwide site acquisition services company. Upon joining CBRE in 2015, Ms. Kimbrough headed the telecommunications NEPA program. She transitioned to a focus on in-building solutions in 2016, leading the development of the In-Building Solutions Program. As part of her role, she is frequently asked to speak to trade organizations and has become one of the most sought-after speakers in the industry. Her technical experience ranges from regulatory compliance and site acquisition strategies for telecommunications sites, to technical consultancy on in-building solutions. She is active in trade organizations, such as the CBRS Alliance Business Working Group (Committee Co-Chair) and HetNet Forum.
