Johanne Sermania is Director of Services Sales & Marketing for Gamesa’s North America region. In this role, Johanne provides leadership for O&M contract negotiations, support pricing, upgrades and advanced maintenance promotion, along with new customer acquisition and the expansion of current accounts. Following two years on Gamesa’s Human Resources management team, Johanne joined its Services business in 2012, as the department’s first Multi-brand Services Manager. There, she successfully introduced Multi-brand O&M services to the North American wind market by leading the overhaul and retrofit of the Medicine Bow wind farm - a project that demonstrated the company’s ability to perform Life Extension and Overhaul services on aging wind assets in the U.S. In 2014, Johanne was appointed Key Account Manager and continued as the program lead for Overhaul and Life Extension products, significantly growing sales for that product category. Last year, she secured the company’s first Multi-brand O&M contract in Canada, greatly expanding Gamesa’s presence there.
