• Parkway - VP and Director of Operations • Over 28 years of commercial real estate experience • Certified Property Manager (CPM) • Bachelor of Environmental Design, Texas A&M University, 1983 • Master of Urban Planning, Texas A&M University, 1985 Jack joined Parkway in 2014 and is responsible for the oversight of Parkway's 9 million square foot office portfolio in Houston, Texas. In this capacity, he directs all day-to-day operations for the portfolio including property management, construction/project management, engineering and capital planning/budgeting. Jack began his property management career in 1990 with Hines in Houston. During his 22-year career at Hines, Jack contributed to the management of more than 20 million square feet of commercial office and industrial real estate in Houston, Dallas, Phoenix and Albuquerque. Jack left Hines as Vice President, Property Management in 2012 to assume the Director of Operations position with Boxer Property Management Corp. headquartered in Houston. While there, Jack was responsible for the oversight of the property management and security divisions for Boxer’s 8 million square foot Houston commercial office portfolio as well as the asset management, space planning/design, construction management, HVAC/Electrical and engineering project management departments for Boxer’s national portfolio consisting of 105 properties totaling 11.5 million square feet. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Jack served as the Historic Preservation and Urban Projects Planner for the City of Georgetown, Texas from 1985 through 1990.
