Mary Claire Bouchér is the Marketing Coordinator for Akridge. In this position, she helps plan and execute all aspects of the firm’s internal and external corporate marketing, property marketing, and branding. Mary Claire is involved in creating and executing property marketing initiatives, planning and executing Client and corporate events, and assisting with proposals and presentations. Most notably, Mary Claire was instrumental in the creation and implementation of Niche by Akridge TM. Niche by Akridge TM is a comprehensive Client engagement program offering information and enhanced services exclusively to Clients in Akridge managed buildings. Mary Claire previously worked as an Administrative Manager for Akridge where she was responsible for special project management and primary administrative support for the Property Management, Marketing, and Leasing departments. She also managed the Akridge Executive Suite at the Capital One Arena, including over 200 events each year. Before joining Akridge in 2014, she acted as the Chief of Staff to the CEO and COO of The USO of Metropolitan Washington-Baltimore, a non-profit organization that supports men and women in the armed services. Mary Claire graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
