Greg Musgrove/Bio Greg Musgrove, President and CEO of G&B Tile and Plaster (G&B), joined the pool industry in the Dallas, TX market in 2001. In the Spring of 2004, Greg decided to take his pool and construction industry experience and start his own sub-contracting company. In 2009, G&B made the decision to make a fundamental change to the plaster industry, as it relates to replasters, and introduced the Hydro Demo Replaster process (40,000 PSI UHP Water Jetting) to North Texas. Introducing the Hydro Demo process opened the eyes of the replaster market on how a pool can be prepped for replaster without causing damage to the shell. This process also allows for major structural changes to pool shells without damage to the existing shell. Since this time, G&B has prepped over 3000 pools using this process, with several of them being new pools. G&B has been solicited to prep pools with our Hydro Demo Prep process in 14 different states. G&B has been a member of the NPC since 2004. Greg serves on the National Plasterers Council Board of Directors and the NPC Technical Advisory committee; as well as being a NPC Certified Instructor and NPC Certified Start-Up Technician.
