Prakash is the lead executive at the HCL Utility Industry Vertical. Prakash also plays a lead role in the development, refinement and execution of HCL's solutions and service offerings that address the unique requirements of HCL’s Energy & Utility Industry clients. Prakash has over 30 years of Utility Industry experience, combined with consulting, Information Technology and Information systems management experience, which included managing – design, development and maintenance of system for large power generation, Heavy Electrical engineering companies around the world. Prakash’s entrepreneurial experience include – two successful start-ups in the areas of Demand Side Management and Building automation products. Prakash has a Masters in Industrial Relationship (Major in Operational Research, and Industrial Engineering) , Graduate of Economics, Diploma in Power Engineering from leading Indian Universities and Alumni of Cornel Leadership Academy.
