Helen Shuford is the Georgia Power Customer Experience Manager. She is responsible for CX professionals (marketing research, customer analytics, strategists) who identify and define initiatives that will improve customer satisfaction or will cause efficiencies in our business without diminishing customer satisfaction. marketing research, customer analytics, and digital products for the customer. Shuford joined Southern Company in 1993 as a marketing research analyst and has been in leadership for 16 years. An Atlanta native, Shuford graduated from Georgia Tech in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in management and earned a master’s degree in business administration from Georgia Tech in 1993. Shuford serves in her community on the Friends of Refugees Board, Lakeside High School Swim & Dive Team Booster Club President & Soccer Team Booster Club President, and Georgia Tech Swim and Dive Team Parent. She and her husband, Mark, reside in Atlanta and have a daughter and a son.
