Joe McDonnell is president and owner of American Building Calculations, a firm that specializes in the creation of as-built floor plans and BOMA area calculations. Joe is a long-standing member of the BOMA International Standard Methods of Floor Measurement Committee, where he has helped develop the BOMA standards for Industrial, Retail, Multi-Unit Residential and Mixed-Use Properties. He has also worked on the revision of the 2010 and 2017 Office Standard and is currently a member of the subcommittee revising the Gross Areas standards. Joe also is a member of the BOMA International Standards Interpretations Committee.
