David has over twenty-five years of strategic management and software platform development experience with leading edge technology companies. He has founded, scaled and sold highly profitable software ventures. David was the founder and CEO of Infotility where he developed the world’s first intelligent agent-based software platform GridAgents™, pioneering “the Grid Edge”, unlocking multibillion-dollar SmartGrid markets. He is an international expert on artificial intelligence (AI), decentralized software systems, and next-generation blockchain technology. David holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Colorado specializing in AI-based prediction and control methods. Over his career, he has advised many technology companies and has been an advisor to Hedera Hashgraph since 2017.
