Stephen is a partner and senior director with CIMA+ Canada, one of Canada's largest employee-owned engineering firms. Stephen has over 30 years of experience with distribution utility P&C and SCADA applications. Prior to joining CIMA in 2019, Stephen was the President of Costello Utility Consultants, and held executive-level positions at several distribution utilities. Costello Utility Consultants acted as the Owner's engineer for this microgrid project.
