Mr. Adeyefa is a Project Director at Duke Energy with responsibility for development and execution of Combined Heat and Power (CHP) and other alternative energy projects. Prior to joining Duke, he worked for some of the nation’s premier EPC firms executing major projects within the energy and heavy industrial sectors. He has over twenty years of progressive technical, project, and business leadership experience in engineering, procurement, and construction of industrial, commercial, municipal, and residential facilities; spanning across the hydrocarbons, infrastructure and power industries. His power industry experience includes nuclear, fossil fuels, renewables, transmission and distribution, and emission control technologies. Mr. Adeyefa obtained his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, in his native country, Nigeria. His M.S. in Civil Engineering is from University of South Carolina, and his M.B.A. is from Lehigh University. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
