Michael Faulk has over 27 years’ experience in the multi-service utility industry. Prior to his role of CIS Supervisor at Memphis Light, Gas and Water, he held positions as Project Manager, Developer, and Computer Engineer over Meter Reading, Cashiering/Payments, Mobile Dispatch, Customer Engagement and Smart Meters at the utility. He is currently working on the new mobile network and smart meter projects at MLGW.
