Londell Rowden, is an Ergonomic Coordinator with Cargill Inc. Londell manages the Ergonomics Program for the Fresno plant partnering with Operations, Medical and Human Resources. He is responsible for education and conducting plant training, performing ergonomic job hazard analysis as well as tracking/trending information and recommendations to mitigate workplace injuries. Londell has a background of over 11 years of operational experience as well as 4 years fielded ergonomics experience. Some of his training consist of Green Belt exposure with emphasis on Lean.
