Mike is the principal in Michael P. Dallessandro and Associates, which is a full-service consulting firm specializing in assisting emergency service agencies, school districts and local governments. Mike is a life member of the Grand Island Fire Company Incorporated and has served as the department’s president, vice president, secretary, fire prevention officer, board of director’s member, chairman and CEO. He holds various fire and EMS certifications and regularly speaks at state and national venues.
