With over 38 years in the railroad industry Ed is a practiced professional with extensive senior level experience. Starting in Conrail’s bridge engineering department in the late 70’s, Ed moved to the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority where he served in many engineering functions, with his last 13 years as the Chief Engineering Officer – Bridges & Buildings. He then moved to Michael Baker International where he serves as the Chief Engineer - Rail and Transit. Ed supports Michael Baker International in rail and transit design, construction and program management projects across the country. BS in Engineering from Temple University and a PE in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. AREMA member – committee 11 APTA chairman of the Elevator Escalator Technical Forum Member of the railroad signals training Consortium Chairman of Transit Elevator Escalator consortium Lives in Warrington PA with his wife, 4 children and 7 grandchildren.
