Travis Moran is Managing Consultant at Navigant’s Risk Management, Compliance and Security Team focused on the physical protection of critical infrastructure assets from evolving threats, to include unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). Prior to joining Navigant, Travis was the Senior Physical Security Specialist for the North American Electric Reliability Corporation’s (NERC) Electricity Information Sharing and Analysis Center (E-ISAC) where he was responsible for identifying, analyzing, and responding to electric sector threats to the North American power grid to enhance system reliability at all levels to include generation, transmission and distribution. Prior to NERC’s E-ISAC, Travis served as a Senior Investigator for Dominion Energy in Dominion’s Substation Security Initiative identifying, analyzing, and responding to electric sector terrorism threats within Dominion’s footprint. Travis is a retired law enforcement professional having served over 24 years in federal law enforcement most notably with U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), and the U.S. Department of State.
