David Glenwright
Consultant



David Glenwright serves as Principal Consultant at Black & Veatch Management Consulting. In this role he has worked with various clients in the development of AMI strategies, AMI and MDMS procurement activities and customer programs such as prepay energy. Prior to joining Black & Veatch in 2015, Mr. Glenwright worked at PPL Electric where he served as AMI Program Manager and had responsibility for developing AMI strategies, plans and implementing various programs in support of PA Act 129 Smart Meter regulations. He held several other positions at PPL Electric in contractor management, pole attachments, and work management. Prior to PPL Electric he worked for PECO Energy / Exelon for 22 years in various roles. Most relevant, was his position in operating PECO’s 1st generation AMR system and evaluating the use of new metering technology and applications across Exelon. He holds an MBA and Mechanical Engineering degree from Drexel University and resides in the Philadelphia area
