Melanie Wollenberg, CCIM®, SIOR®, is a proven senior management executive with over 30 years of real estate experience. Melanie has considerable expertise in all aspects of real estate development including health care development, site assemblage, site planning, economic analysis, entitlements, incentives, and financing. Melanie has been instrumental in the conceptualization and development and financings of numerous landmark, healthcare and luxury self storage projects. Her experience includes most real estate product types, and she demonstrates a great awareness of how to enhance project value and maximize site development potential. Her prestigious client list includes OhioHealth, Middletown Regional Hospital, Dayton Children’s Medical Center, Ortho-Neuro, numerous large physician practices and ambulatory surgery centers, the Huntington National Bank, Ohio Chamber of Commerce, Central Benefits, Hahn Loeser & Parks, Symix Computer Systems, Goal Systems, McDonalds, Warner Cable, GMAC, Bank One and The Limited. Melanie is the past chairman and board member of the of Pregnancy Decision Health Centers (PDHC), past board member of Equivalent Riding Center for mentally disabled children, former president of Central Ohio Chapter of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), a former advisory board member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), past President of the Columbus Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and an active member of Grace Brethren Church of Columbus.
