William Nowicke

William “Bill” Nowicke is currently chief operating officer and president at Agility Fuel Solutions. Nowicke is originally from Detroit, MI and started his 20 + year career leading operations at Chrysler where he quickly moved through various senior leadership roles in manufacturing operations throughout Michigan, Ohio, and Canada. After almost a 12 year career at Chrysler, he joined AlixPartners, one of the premier global corporate turn-around consulting firms in the US as Vice President in the Performance Improvement Practice. During his tenure at AlixPartners Nowicke continued to focus on his passion for turning around underperforming assets and leading companies back to profitability. Nowicke was engaged by leaders of companies and PE firms in the auto, retail, consumer products, and food industry to improve bottom line results by leading improvement programs focused on operational excellence. Prior to joining Agility Fuel Solutions, Nowicke was a Vice President with Platinum Equity, a California based private equity firm. At Platinum Equity, Nowicke led M&A diligence for over 35 public and private companies ranging in size from $150M to $3B in sales and advised the investment committee on strength of assets and operational improvement opportunities. Nowicke has an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, and also holds a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.
