Hello, my name is John Cadena and I am one of the original partners of The Miner Corporation. The Miner Corporation is a diversified company that handles a vast array of material handling equipment and services. A few of our core specialties are loading dock equipment, High speed security doors, overhead doors, racking, forklifts and waste equipment. I specialize in warehouse design, more specifically loading dock design to businesses of all sizes around the globe, ultimately improving their facilities operations and providing the most efficient, safe loading dock a facility can achieve. We also have a strong portfolio of Regional clients such as HEB, Silver Eagle, Publix and many more. We had the honor of working on one of the largest tilt-wall facilities in the world with Prologis and the Daikin Corporation, over 4 million SF under one roof outside of Houston, Texas. I hold a Bachelor Degree in Marketing from Texas State University and have over twenty-five years in the material handling industry. I have had the honor at speaking at other conferences such as NAIOP on loading dock design and trends. I am a native Texan who grew up in San Antonio, Texas and then moved to Houston, Texas to embark on my career. I have three active teenagers and a horse loving wife of 22 years.
