Linda Parrish holds a BA in Geography from Portland State University. She has worked for Portland General Electric for 20 years, spending much of that time in distribution design, joint use, and wireless collocation. Currently Linda is leading a High Volume fiber attachment project, managing contractors and exploring new software and technologies.
