Krista Benjamin is MREA’s Director of Education & Communication. Krista was with Great River Energy (GRE) for over eleven years. She served as the grid modernization program manager and a transmission strategic project specialist for the past few years. In this role, she developed and hosted major conferences for GRE’s members and led member outreach, education, and communication efforts. She has a Master’s in Public Administration from Hamline University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from St. Catherine University.
