Mr. Pradhan is a Sr. Associate with UMS Group. Mr. Pradhan has worked with electric, gas and water utilities for 11 years in various roles including engineering, project management and consulting. Mr. Pradhan’s current focus includes asset management plans, reliability & risk assessments, benchmarking, data driven decision-making, and other key pieces of asset management Implementations. Mr. Pradhan has a Bachelors degree in Construction Engineering from the University of Mumbai, a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Cornell University.
