Ellen Buck is the Vice President of the Oncor Electric Delivery Business and Operations Services organization. In her current role, Ellen oversees planning for new and upgraded capital investments for the Oncor transmission and distribution systems; supply chain including sourcing, materials management, facilities and real estate management, and supplier diversity initiatives; engineering standards; transmission interconnections; performance management; and Power On. Deliver Strong., Oncor’s continuous improvement framework. Ellen joined Oncor in 2005 with prior utility experience. She holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech, a MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Strategy from SMU, and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
