Daniel Barbersek is Generac’s Director of Energy Management Solutions that has responsibilities of non-emergency generator applications with a strong focus on energy performance for North America. Prior to becoming the Director of Energy Management Solutions, Barbersek was the Director of Power Solutions and the Director of Industrial Sales. Barbersek started his career at Generac as a Power Solutions Manger, in this role Barbersek supported channel distributors with engineering support. This role had a strong focus on the healthcare market segment for Generac. Barbersek brings over 35 years of energy-industry experience encompassing distributed generation projects utilizing digital paralleling switchgear as well as traditional paralleling concepts. Barbersek has worked with power generation manufacturers and well as product representatives and the US Navy. As well as power generation experience Barbersek is very experienced in both rotary and static UPS technologies and has a great focus on all aspects of critical power applications.
