John Walker is the Director of Human Resources for Community Health System’s Shared Services Center in Fort Smith. John has over 15 years of experience in leadership positions specializing in change management and leadership training. He graduated from Kumamoto University in Japan with a BA in Japanese. He currently holds HR certifications of Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
